PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing and Robot cell processes by integrating robotics, PLC systems, and industrial automation technologies.
The position is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable production line operations through equipment commissioning, process optimization, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and corporate engineering standards within an automotive manufacturing environment.ResponsabilitiesSupporting the implementation of new projects in close collaboration with cross‐functional project teamsProgramming FANUC / Kuka / Comau industrial robots using Teach Pendant (TP) languageProgramming Siemens S7 / Allen Bradley / PLCsIntegrating robotic systems with PLCs via PROFINET communicationPerforming start‐up and commissioning of robotic production lines in the automotive industryCooperating with corporate design teams and equipment suppliers to ensure proper installation in accordance with customer specifications and safety standardsSupport Process Engineer in Creating process flow charts, PFMEA/FMEA,
