This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients using our AI-powered SaaS platform for architectural layout planning and visualization.ResponsibilitiesManage inbound client communications, providing exceptional customer service.Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide updates.Build strong client relationships and trust.Review project information, requesting clarifications or missing details as needed.Provide technical assistance and answer client questions via live chat and email.Troubleshoot platform issues, reporting technical problems to the relevant teams and keeping clients informed.QualificationsProficiency in AutoCAD (required).
Experience with integral clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
Strong problem-solving skills.Additional languages (e.G., French) a plus.If you're a self-starter passionate about customer service and interested in revolutionizing space planning.
