Job Description: - Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation - Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements - Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving - Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team - Provide technical guidance and decision-making support - Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations - Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team Skills:
