About the role
As an Associate, Business Partnership & Delivery for TOW Projects, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and technology initiatives that enable manufacturing operations to run smarter, faster, and more reliably. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders,



technical teams, vendors, and project leaders to help deliver solutions that improve shop floor visibility, operational efficiency, system adoption, and manufacturing performance across Carrier's plants and functions.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, Business Partnership & Delivery, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting end to end delivery of TOW projects for manufacturing, including planning, tracking, execution, testing, deployment, and post go live support
- Coordinating with manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, Digital, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external vendors to align priorities, dependencies, and deliverables
- Maintaining project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and meeting notes to ensure clear visibility of progress and blockers
- Facilitating project routines such as status meetings, working
