Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output within a manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a team, fostering clear communication, and providing guidance to achieve production goals.

Job Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.
* Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members,



fostering skill development and a positive work environment.
* Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
* Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.
* Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting.
* Strong abilities in Activity Coordination, with a demonstrated capacity to organize and manage complex tasks.
* Excellent Coaching skills, with a track record of developing
