About the Role
Vertus Group is seeking an M&A; Business Development Manager to join our deal sourcing team in Mexico City. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying, qualifying, and initiating acquisition opportunities for our internal M&A; team.
You'll go beyond lead generation — co-designing outreach strategies, building deep founder relationships, and playing a pivotal role in how we grow our Group.



You will work closely with senior leadership to identify attractive verticals, develop sourcing plans, and execute outreach initiatives with the goal of bringing actionable deals into the acquisition funnel.
