Join Kellanova’s Integral Business Services (GBS) organization as a Cash Application Jr. Analyst within our Invoice to Cash team. In this role, you will help ensure the accurate and timely application of customer payments while supporting the smooth flow of cash operations across the business. Working closely with collections teams and customers, you will play an important role in maintaining account accuracy and supporting key financial performance metrics.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Payment Application Management — Apply customer payments accurately and timely while ensuring transactions are recorded correctly within established processes.
- Customer Payment Follow-Up — Engage with customers to obtain payment remittances, supporting documentation,



and other information required for accurate cash application.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with the Collections team to resolve payment-related issues and support account reconciliation activities.
- Portal & Deposit Administration — Manage customer portals, monitor unidentified deposits, and support follow-up activities to ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Cash Application Process Support — Assist with tracking payment details, HighRadius follow-up activities, and maintaining payment application quality standards.

We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Finance Operations, or related areas.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
