What You’ll Be Part Of
As Maintenance Technician Molding & Equipment, you will help ensure the operational availability of molding equipment and machinery by executing preventive, predictive,



and corrective maintenance activities. You will support equipment performance, process optimization, and safe operations in a manufacturing environment.
Your Team
You will work with Maintenance, Molding, Operations, EHSS, Quality, suppliers, and other cross-functional shop floor teams.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Participate in the development, scheduling, and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant KPIs including OEE, downtime, availability, scrap, MTTR, and MTBF.
- Provide shop floor services and technical support in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and support improvement actions.
- Supervise technical services and validate completed work.
- Ensure work is performed with high quality and in accordance with safety requirements.
- Coordinate required work permits for installation suppliers and ensure safe execution
