This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Regional Facility Manager in Apodaca with Signify.
- Facilities & Site Management: Oversee daily facility operations, building systems, maintenance, vendors, and service providers across office and industrial sites. Lead Facilities Management strategy across LATAM, US, and Canada.



Develop and implement solutions aligned with business and site needs.
- Space & Property Management: Optimize workplace utilization and manage real estate assets, leases, subtenants, and property-related requirements.
- Project Management: Lead renovations, fit-outs, building improvements, reinstatement, demolition, and large-scale capital projects.
- Strategic & Stakeholder Management: Develop real estate strategies aligned with business needs, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Budget, Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Manage operational and project budgets while ensuring HSE/security, legal, contractual, and quality compliance and driving service excellence.

More about you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in a technical or real estate discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Facility, Asset, or Property Management - with leadership skill
