## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Guadalajara North Campus.
**Reporting to the **IT Project Manager** the **Business Systems Analyst's** role involves:**What a typical day looks like:*** Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency* Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation* Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables* Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status* Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues,



using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption* Execute Integral IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables**The experience we're looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Creative problem solving.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for users and their experiences.
• Analytical skills.
• Intermediate English skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in technology and confidence to demonstrate products.
• Database knowledge as MS SQL.
