You'll collaborate with global product owners, regional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to transform business needs into valuable solutions and help shape the future of the digital workplace.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Business Analysis
Support product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services.
Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and functional specifications, translating them into technology solutions.
Project Delivery & Change Management
Coordinate product rollouts and support the successful delivery of new capabilities.
Collaborate with general and regional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, user readiness, and adoption.
Participate in Agile practices, including refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
User Engagement & Communications
Create communications, training materials, FAQs, SharePoint content, and awareness campaigns to support user adoption.
Present product updates, roadmap information, and business value to stakeholders.
Governance & Service Improvement
Collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Governance teams, vendors, and operational teams to support compliance and service quality.
Contribute to product approvals, release governance,



platform standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
Experience supporting digital products, enterprise technology platforms, business applications, or end-user productivity solutions.
Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, project coordination, or technology service delivery.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and problem solving.
Experience with
Excel or Power BI
for reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other product delivery methodologies.
Familiarity with
Microsoft 365
, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Copilot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global, multicultural environment.
You'll Stand Out If You Have:
Experience supporting change management, digital transformation, or user adoption initiatives.
Exposure to
Microsoft Power Platform, Viva, AI-powered productivity tools
, or other Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization across multiple time zones.
