Job Description
Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe and presentation standards.
Maintain quality, consistency, and proper portion control during service.
Follow food safety, sanitation
Assist with daily prep, station setup, inventory, and kitchen organization.
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications




Previous line cook experience in a restaurant or hotel preferred.
Strong cooking fundamentals, knife skills, and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
