THE PROPERTY
A landmark addition to Rosewood Hotel Group, Rosewood Mexico City is set to open in the heart of the vibrant Polanco district, one of Latin America's most sought-after destinations for luxury, culture, and innovation. Occupying the signature tower of Antara's prestigious expansion, the hotel will feature luxurious accommodations, world-class dining concepts, the award-winning Asaya wellness experience, and exceptional meeting and event facilities. Surrounded by renowned cultural institutions, luxury boutiques, and the energy of Mexico City's thriving social scene, Rosewood Mexico City will offer Associates the opportunity to help shape one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the region.
YOUR ROLE
As Managing Director, you are accountable for the overall success of Rosewood Mexico City, leading all aspects of performance, operations, culture and positioning. You will provide strategic leadership for one of Rosewood's most anticipated urban luxury pre-openings, overseeing the successful transition from development to operation while establishing the hotel as a defining social and cultural destination within Mexico City.

operational excellence and inspirational leadership, you will drive financial performance, cultivate a high-performing culture and build trusted relationships with owners, stakeholders, guests and the local community. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the property's identity, building the opening team and bringing Rosewood's purpose to life through sustainable results, authentic connections and exceptional guest experiences.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Lead the successful pre-opening and positioning of Rosewood Mexico City as one of the city's premier luxury lifestyle destinations.
Define and execute the property's long-term strategic vision, annual business plan and operating budget.
Deliver sustainable financial performance and market leadership across all business segments.
Build, inspire and develop a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and collaboration.
Champion exceptional guest experiences through highly personalized service and relationship hospitality.
Establish connections with Mexico City's art, culture, fashion, gastronomy and wellness communities through strategic partnerships and programming.
Cultivate trusted relationships with owners, stakeholders, government representatives, business leaders and the local community.




Ensure operational excellence, asset stewardship, regulatory compliance and sustainability while protecting the long-term value of the property.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Proven experience as a Managing Director or General Manager within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment.
Previous leadership experience in Mexico, Latin America or other major international gateway cities preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
Demonstrated pre-opening leadership experience within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environment.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with a track record of delivering sustainable financial performance and market-leading results.
Proven success leading complex urban luxury hotels with significant food and beverage, events, wellness and lifestyle programming.
Inspirational people leader with a demonstrated ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for relationship hospitality, cultural authenticity and creating meaningful guest experiences.
