If you're dependable, thrive under pressure, and enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage billing processes and insurance claims from start to finishAccurately process, submit, and coordinate primary and secondary dental insurance claimsCreate and review claims before submissionSubmit claims through the appropriate channels and track their statusFollow up on outstanding insurance claims, appeals, denials, and rejectionsSubmit claim corrections and adjustments promptlyNavigate state-specific Medicaid billing guidelines and write-off protocolsFollow up on patient accounts and outstanding paymentsAssist with monthly payment questions, updates,
