Performance Expectations:Actively participate in employee turnover and absenteeism prevention.
Provide union employees with orientation on benefits, compensation, collective bargaining agreement information and any other.
Suggest programs, and procedures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
Provide advise supervisors on employees ́ matters.Credentials:Participate in activities related to employee turnover, absenteeism, counseling, resignations, terminations, communications, and holidays, in conjunction with the corresponding departments.Maintain effective communication with all departments within the facilityGenerate daily reports of turnover and absenteeism and analyze causes.Attend employee claims in regards of payroll issues and provide feedback to the payroll department.Coordinate employee ́s services such that cafeteria, transportation and others to assure quality and punctuality.Provide support to supervisors for assuring employees ́ compliance with safety and environment legal requirements.Provide support to Union Representatives for giving correct answers to union employees.Assure union employees understand all the benefits included in collective bargaining agreement and actively explain some other programs such as PI bonus, and job promotions system.Provide the necessary support to the facility for compliance with labor law requirements.Coordinate all the necessary activities for relevant events during the year.Participate in recruitment process by covering all the union employees open positions.Ability to read legislative documents related to human rights or labor standards to comply with legal requirements and communicate related information to employees when necessary.Knowledge: STPS Legal Procedures,
