- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and perform quality code reviews.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and production troubleshooting.
- Apply secure coding, observability, reliability, and performance best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Architecture, Security, Data teams, and product stakeholders.AI Skills for This Role:- Practical use of Claude/Copilot for coding, refactoring, debugging, and test generation.
- Ability to write high-quality prompts for technical tasks.
- Ability to critically review and harden AI-generated code.




- Awareness of data security and IP/confidentiality constraints when using AI tools.Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and Java.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Git workflows.
- Strong testing practices and CI/CD fundamentals.
- English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1 preferred).
Nice to Have:- Microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with DDD, clean architecture, and design patterns.
