We are seeking a hands-on payroll professional with strong knowledge of Mexican payroll processes, labor regulations, compensation and benefits, who can independently manage the complete payroll cycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, including calculation, validation, CFDI payroll stamping and payment preparation.
- Calculate and validate ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT and other statutory payroll obligations.
- Manage employee movements, affiliations and updates through IMSS, SUA and IDSE.
- Calculate severance, terminations and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Manage payroll incidences, attendance and employee movements.
- Coordinate payroll-related requirements with IMSS, SAT, STPS and external advisors when required.
- Administer compensation structures, salary adjustments, employee benefits and bonuses.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, controls and periodic reports for HR, Finance, management and audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor and payroll regulations.
- Identify payroll risks, process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance,



Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll processes and legislation.
- Experience with ISR, CFDI, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE and SBC calculations.
- Knowledge of severance and termination calculations.
- Experience with compensation, benefits and bonus administration.
- Strong payroll reconciliation and compliance skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality and sense of responsibility.
