Mroads is looking for a "Full Stack Lead" for one of our direct clients in Mexico City, Mexico.This is a hybrid role.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack and Frontend developers.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code quality standards across projects.
- Remain hands-on by contributing to application development, debugging, code reviews, and resolving complex technical issues.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.Js, Node.Js, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices including clean code, reusable components, automated testing, and design patterns.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical execution in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Review application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.




- Mentor developers through technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support production deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues when needed.Required Technical Skills- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:- React.Js- Node.Js- GraphQL- JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript- HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development- Experience building scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Strong proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
