Flex is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to manage immigration and relocation for employees and candidates in Mexico, based in Guadalajara North. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and external providers to ensure compliant, smooth mobility experiences.
Reporting to the General Mobility Director, this role supports domestic and international relocations, assesses costs, maintains records, and collaborates across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia as needed.
