Description
Systems Administrator, Azure & Identity Responsibitlies: • Administer Azure infrastructure and governance, including subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, policy, and Entra Connect / cloud sync. • Microsoft Entra ID administration: identity lifecycle, groups, app registrations, enterprise applications, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO/federation via SAML and OIDC. • Maintain identity and access management processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, role-based access, access reviews, and privileged access management. • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, covering mailboxes, permissions, licensing, and access controls. • Manage endpoints through Intune,



including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, Autopilot, and device lifecycle management. • Troubleshoot across identity, authentication, mail flow, DNS, device compliance, and user access, partnering with internal IT teams on escalations. • Monitor system health and alerts, support security and compliance standards, and perform routine maintenance including patching and change control. • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and support materials; identify and drive process improvements
