ResponsibilitiesSupport labor and employment legal matters across the Americas with a primary focus on Mexico regional operations under the guidance of senior legal team members. Provide day-to-day legal support to Human Resources and business stakeholders on employment-related issues, including employee relations matters, policy interpretation, hiring, discipline, and separations. Research and analyze labor and employment laws, regulations, and emerging legal developments, and assist in assessing potential business impacts. Support Integral Human Resources Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations) on employment-related legal matters and initiatives. Draft, review, and revise employment-related agreements, policies, procedures, communications, and training materials. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of company employment policies, practices, and procedures. Support employment-related aspects of workforce changes, reorganizations, business integrations, and other organizational initiatives.



Assist with labor and employment due diligence and integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Support the management of employment claims, administrative charges, litigation matters, and pre-litigation disputes, including document collection, fact gathering, and coordination with outside counsel. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and department initiatives. Maintain matter tracking systems, legal records, and departmental metrics. Contribute to the development and enhancement of employment, compliance, and litigation-related processes, templates, and best practices. Assist in the administration of compliance programs, including the Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conduct, and related policies and procedures.
