What will you do?As a Sales Support Associate, your job is to undertake sales administration duties that can include assisting sales personnel, organizing data/information in our CRM, reconciling sales accounting details, filing and tracking invoices, etc.

To be successful in this role, you should have good time management and be detail -oriented with strong organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.

Here’s what your day -to -day might look
like:
- Being the superhero link between our pre -sales and post -sales operations.
- Helping our Sales team with everyday tasks such as data entry, supplier, vendor, and resort communications.
- Collecting and updating information from resorts and updating sales and marketing material.
- Request, review,



and follow -up on contracts with suppliers and resorts.
- Perform necessary
administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Are highly detail -oriented and organized
- Are eligible to work in Mexico
- Have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Are tech -savvy and can learn online systems for booking/reservations/managing customers/emails
- Have an ability to prioritize and multi -task in a fast -paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to speak, write, and read fluent Spanish and strong conversational written/verbal English
- 1 -2 years in Administrative, Customer Service, and/or Sales role
