We are seeking for a talented Technical Project Management Sr with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position. - Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in handling high-pressure situations. - Strong tech savvy in payments industry: Cross-border and Local. - High level understanding of code,



API and SQL and programming languages knowledge. - Proven knowledge in AWS Cloudwatch, New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or similar systems to dig in and find evidences that could lead to the client's issue or technical question. - Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
Tactical Onboarding Management: Provide tactical onboarding support and management, including tests, validation, and certification. Assist clients' technical teams during the integration and provide continuous updates by coordinating along the internal and external stakeholders being the single-source of contact of technical and business requirements.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Troubleshoot complex issues and schedule checkpoints to ensure alignment and adjustments as necessary. Document and report project progr
