On behalf of our client, a dynamic sports betting and iGaming company, we are looking for a Live Football Host & Analyst

We are building a professional football content live streaming team in Mexico and are looking for a Live Football Host & Analyst who truly loves football, has match analysis skills, and possesses strong on-camera presence.

You will research, analyze, and live stream content around Liga MX and major domestic and international football matches that Mexican users follow, sharing professional, logical, and personally insightful football content with the audience.

You will not only "talk about football," but also independently research matches, combining team fundamentals, lineups, injuries and suspensions, tactics, statistics, and odds to form your own match analysis and predictions.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for live analysis of Liga MX and key domestic and international football matches

• Research key matches based on the daily schedule and independently form match analysis opinions

• Analyze teams' recent form, lineups, injuries and suspensions, projected starting lineups, tactical characteristics, home and away performance, head-to-head history, and related data

• Combine match fundamentals, team information, data, and odds movements to form clear analytical logic

• Independently complete match prediction plans and clearly explain the reasoning behind judgments

• Prepare daily live content in coordination with match materials provided by the content team

• Responsible for match commentary, opinion delivery, and audience interaction on TikTok Live

• Adjust content and interaction pace in a timely manner based on live audience feedback





• Coordinate with the operations team for live stream reviews to continuously improve live performance

• Coordinate with the content production team to complete football short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

• Gradually build a football content IP with personal characteristics and influence

Requirements

• Long-term attention to football and a relatively in-depth understanding of football matches

• Familiar with Liga MX, major Mexican teams, players, and local football culture

• Understanding of European and other major international football competitions

• Possess good football match analysis skills

• Understand common football markets and odds logic such as 1X2 (Win/Draw/Loss), Handicap, Over/Under

• Able to independently research matches and form your own match analysis and prediction plans

• Fluent and natural Spanish expression

• Natural on-camera presence and clear expressive logic

• Good interaction skills and ability to react on the spot

• Able to arrange live streaming times in accordance with the football schedule

• Professional experience in one of the following: football host, football blogger, sports commentator, sports journalist, football podcast host, sports self-media, football data analysis, or football community operations

• Professional experience with football content accounts, short video works, or live streaming experience on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook will be considered an advantage
