As our organization continues to grow across different business units, we are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to strengthen our Talent Acquisition function, develop our recruiting team, and ensure we continue attracting and hiring high-performing talent aligned with our business needs.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team development with recruiting execution. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, guide recruiters, establish priorities, monitor hiring performance, and personally support strategic or challenging searches when needed.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, establishing clear expectations and accountability for recruiting results.
Manage recruiter workloads, vacancy assignments, priorities, pipelines, and hiring progress.
Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruiting priorities.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple business areas and levels of seniority.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, social media, networking, and direct hunting.
Personally manage or support strategic, managerial, specialized, and difficult-to-fill searches when needed.
Review recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies to improve results.
Ensure candidates are effectively evaluated through structured interviews, assessments, references, and other applicable selection methods.
Monitor and improve both candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
Track Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs
Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, forecasts, and leadership updates.
Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Support TA initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, university relations, and talent-pipeline development.
Ensure recruitment practices are consistent, professional, and aligned with company policies and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
Previous experience leading, coordinating, mentoring, or coaching recruiters.
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment, from intake through offer acceptance.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels of seniority.
Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies, competing priorities, and changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in high-growth, technology, logistics, e-commerce, startup, or rapidly changing environments.
Experience recruiting across a combination of Sales, Operations, Finance,
Customer Service, Technology, Corporate, and leadership positions.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment while simultaneously supporting specialized or difficult-to-fill searches.
Demonstrated experience developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines from scratch.
Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
Experience creating or managing recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring forecasts.
Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Experience with recruitment automation, AI-assisted recruiting tools, assessments, or ATS optimization.
Experience implementing or improving structured interviews, recruiting workflows, sourcing processes, or other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Experience supporting employer branding, referral programs, university partnerships, or talent-community initiatives.
Experience working with regional or international stakeholders.
