Objective

Ensure that domestic and international logistics operations are carried out accurately, efficiently, and on time, resolving unexpected issues and ensuring service continuity and quality.

Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in international logistics, including ground, ocean, and rail transportation.
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or a related field in transportation and logistics.
ENGLISH IS REQUIRED: Fluent written and spoken English, minimum 85% proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of ground, ocean, and rail logistics processes.
Knowledge of customs processes in Mexico, the United States, and Canada.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up on ocean and ground import and export operations.
Review foreign trade documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), invoices, packing lists, among others.
Ensure the timely and proper delivery of goods.




Maintain constant communication with customers, suppliers, transportation carriers, and operators.
Follow up on the delivery of finished products to customers.
Resolve unexpected issues and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements applicable to cargo transportation.
