Lead the Record to Report (RTR) process for assigned entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities in accordance with corporate policies.
Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and applicable local accounting regulations.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior leadership.
Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics within the RTR function.
Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, and FP&A; teams to ensure integrated and efficient end-to-end financial processes.
Drive standardization, continuous improvement, automation,
and digital transformation initiatives within the Shared Services environment.
Advanced English (required for interaction with global teams).Proven recent experience working in SSC or GBS.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Record to Report (RTR), including at least 2 years in people management roles.
Proven recent experience working in Shared Service Centers (SSC) or General Business Services (GBS) environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, internal controls, and financial close processes.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and talent development skills.
