Support HR operations for Monterrey 2 manufacturing plant and Central Functions. Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new hire documentation, contract administration, onboarding sessions, buddy program coordination, and employee records management. Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, events, recognition activities, and internal communications. Help maintain HR metrics and reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, and workforce indicators. Collaborate on HR projects focused on talent development, succession planning, workforce analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide administrative support for employee benefits, retention programs, and HR processes. Assist in creating newsletters, presentations, communications, and other materials that help strengthen employee experience and organizational culture. Partner with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations, logistics, and central functions to support business and people priorities. What qualifications will make you successful? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field, graduating in December or later. Graduation date of at least 12 months from the internship start date. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. Previous experience in student projects, internships, volunteer activities, or leadership roles is a plus. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, organizational development, talent management, or employee experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. *Graduation Date:
