GUT, the award-winning general creative network powered by Globant, is looking for an Adobe AEM Engineer to join a team that combines creativity, technology, and innovation to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

What will you do

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop, customize, and configure solutions using AEM Cloud.
- Work with AEM architecture, including AEM Assets, Sling APIs, Sites API, Content Delivery API, GraphQL APIs, Schedulers, OSGi services, and workflows.
- Develop and customize websites, reusable components, templates, and workflows using Adobe AEM.
- Build integrations with third-party services and contribute to scalable digital solutions.
- Debug, test, and document code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Apply AEM best practices focused on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups within an Agile environment.
- Provide technical support for AEM-related issues across development, QA, and production environments.

What will help you succeed:
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17 or 21.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM),



preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of DAM principles, practices, metadata standards, and taxonomy management.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Experience developing complex, large-scale enterprise applications.
- Experience with capacity planning, continuous performance improvements, and proactive issue identification.
- Experience in architecture design, deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.
- Strong foundation in software design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on customer-facing products with a focus on quality and performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working with enterprise-level digital experience platforms.
- Experience integrating AEM with third-party services.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital products and large-scale applications.
