B2B Business Development Representative – IT & Cybersecurity Location: Remote – Mexico Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET ? About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative with B2B outbound prospecting experience to identify and engage senior-level IT and Cybersecurity executives and drive attendance for industry events. This role is heavily focused on outbound outreach and relationship building, rather than traditional product sales or closing. ? What You'll Do - Prospect senior-level executives through LinkedIn and other databases.

- Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Manage structured outreach cadences and follow-ups.
- Build relationships and confirm event attendance.
- Track prospects and activities within CRM systems.
- Manage multiple prospect pipelines simultaneously.



✅ Must-Have Requirements - 1–5 years of B2B outbound prospecting experience in a BDR, SDR, recruiting, or similar role.
- Experience making high-volume outbound calls and comfortable with rejection.
- Ability to conduct 100+ calls per day.
- Experience prospecting through LinkedIn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate professionally with senior-level executives.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage a pipeline and meet activity targets.
- Experience working remotely and maintaining consistent availability during business hours.
- Ability to follow established processes while taking initiative independently.
