Forward Deployed Engineering Senior
Requirements Must haveExperience: 5+ years in forward deployed engineering, Release Train Engineer or Solutions Architect or a comparable enterprise applications role.Platform and domain expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Encompass Production Cloud and Vintrace, with an understanding of Wine & Spirits operations and farm-to-bottle processes.Agile and Jira: Practical knowledge of Agile principles and demonstrated experience managing Jira epics and user stories from discovery and refinement through testing, release, and post-release validation.Stakeholder leadership: Ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate decisions, influence without direct authority, and communicate with both business and technical audiences.Technical aptitude: Experience with integrations, APIs, enterprise data flows, reporting, testing, incident analysis, and cross-application troubleshooting.Communication: Strong written, verbal, facilitation, requirements definition, and executive communication skills.Core Competencies
