UST is searching for a strong Business Analyst with hands-on data and analytics capabilities to support the team. The role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand and analyze business requirements, independently research and investigate data, and coordinate effectively with the offshore delivery team.

What you need:

Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, SQL, Generative AI, Snowflake, Stakeholder Management, Data Visualization, Issue Analysis

· Strong Business Analysis capabilities

· Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Hands-on SQL experience

· Working knowledge/experience with Snowflake

· Ability to independently research and analyze data

· Experience coordinating with distributed/offshore delivery teams





· Ability to communicate effectively between business and technical stakeholders

· Ability to work with limited supervision and take ownership of assigned areas

· Preferred / Added Advantage:

· Experience with AI tools or AI-enabled solutions for analysis and productivity

· Experience working in data and analytics programs

· Understanding of financial/data domains such as valuations, forecasting, or finance

- · Ability to quickly understand existing business processes, datasets, and applications
- Strong English language proficiency, including verbal communication, written documentation, meeting facilitation, and executive-level status reporting.
