Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America! Hispand is looking for motivated Call Center Representatives to join our remote team. These are entry-level opportunities for individuals with strong English communication skills who are looking to build experience in customer service, outbound calling, appointment setting, and client qualification.
Available Positions
Depending on your experience and skills, you may be considered for different campaigns, including:
- Outbound Call Representative – Make outbound calls, communicate with potential customers, and follow established call scripts and processes.
- Appointment Setter – Contact potential clients, identify their needs, and schedule qualified appointments.
- Client Qualification Specialist – Speak with potential clients, ask qualifying questions, collect accurate information, and determine whether they meet campaign requirements.
- Verification Specialist – Verify customer information, follow established procedures, and ensure information is accurate and complete.
Position Details
Location: 100% Remote – Anywhere in Latin America Schedule: Monday–Friday
Experience: Entry Level
Compensation: $12,000–$16,000 MXN per month, depending on the campaign, hours worked, and performance
