About the Role

Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Epic Willow Associate to support medication management workflows and healthcare technology solutions for U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

Epic Willow supports medication management processes within healthcare organizations, including medication information, pharmacy-related workflows, and collaboration between clinical and pharmacy teams.

This role is designed for a healthcare or pharmacy professional who is interested in developing specialized expertise in Epic and healthcare IT consulting.

Epic experience or certification is not required to apply.

What You'll Do

· Support medication management workflows and application requests.

· Assist with the configuration and maintenance of medication-related information, including medication names, dosages, and presentations.

· Manage application tickets, documentation, and system updates.

· Provide application support to physicians, nurses, pharmacy teams, and other healthcare stakeholders.

· Investigate and troubleshoot application and workflow issues.

· Validate application changes and support accuracy and compliance requirements.

· Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, operational, and technical teams.

· Support testing and validation of application changes.

· Maintain application documentation and support materials.

· Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.

· Support healthcare technology initiatives for U.S.-based healthcare organizations.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

· 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, healthcare IT, or a related environment.

· Professional working proficiency in English,



with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.

· Experience with ticketing, application support, or case management systems.

· Understanding of medication management workflows.

· Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.

· Strong analytical and research skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

· Clear and professional communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

· Proactive, adaptable, and continuous-learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

· Epic experience or certification.

· Epic Willow experience.

· EHR/EMR experience.

· Experience with pharmacy information systems.

· Experience supporting medication management applications or workflows.

· U.S. healthcare experience.

· Healthcare technology or consulting experience.

· Experience working with clinical or pharmacy teams.
