Responsibilities

The Opportunity Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic Commercial Transformation initiatives focused on customer microsegmentation, data-driven commercial capabilities and digital customer engagement, ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise technology solutions that enable personalized commercial execution across channels.

The role is accountable for translating business transformation objectives into scalable technology solutions by integrating commercial platforms, data products and customer intelligence capabilities. Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management and Engineering teams, the Technical Delivery Lead ensures successful delivery of transformation programs that leverage customer segmentation, advanced analytics, APIs and digital applications to improve commercial effectiveness and business growth.

Your Impact

- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Commercial Transformation initiatives focused on customer microsegmentation, commercial personalization and data-driven commercial capabilities.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Salesforce, SAP, Data Engineering, Application Development, APIs, Integration Platforms and Business organizations to deliver complex transformation programs.




- Translate commercial strategy and customer segmentation requirements into executable technology delivery plans, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution architecture and implementation.
- Drive the implementation of microsegmentation capabilities by integrating customer, sales and commercial data into scalable data products supporting personalized commercial execution.
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Data & Analytics and Product organizations to define and deliver customer-centric digital capabilities.
- Lead the delivery of commercial applications, APIs and integration services that enable real-time data exchange between Salesforce, SAP and enterprise data platforms.
- Oversee implementation of customer segmentation models, commercial analytics and data products that improve customer targeting, route-to-market execution and sales effectiveness.
- Manage delivery governance across implementation partners, engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence and milestone achievement.
- Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment readiness, production cutovers and hypercare activities for commercial platforms and customer-facing capabilities.
- Define and monitor delivery KPIs related to customer segmentation adoption, commercial performance, platform reliability and business value realization.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

- Proven experience leading enterprise Commercial Transformation programs.
- Experience delivering technology solutions supporting Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Management and Revenue Growth Management.
- Preferred experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations.
- Salesforce & SAP
- Experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions




- General understanding of SAP commercial modules
- Experience working with customer master data, commercial data models and enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of data products and modern data architectures.
- Understanding of advanced analytics, predictive models and customer scoring methodologies.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence and commercial analytics platforms.
- General understanding of Data Engineering concepts
- Experience leading application delivery projects involving:
- APIs
- Microservices
- Integration Platforms
- Knowledge of REST APIs, API lifecycle management and enterprise integration patterns.

- Understanding of cloud-native application architectures and scalable digital platforms.
