Every successful construction project starts with an accurate estimate. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator who can turn project plans into clear, accurate, and competitive bids.

In this role, you’ll review drawings, calculate material and labor costs, work with vendors, and help the team submit strong bids on time. If you know construction estimating, enjoy working with numbers, and can spot details others might miss, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Do

- Review construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for materials and labor.
- Calculate project costs and prepare detailed estimates.
- Prepare competitive bids that help the company win more work.
- Send RFPs to vendors, collect quotes, and compare pricing.
- Prepare RFIs to clarify missing or unclear project details.
- Estimate electrical and lighting work.
- Review plans for missing information, scope changes, and potential cost issues.
- Keep pricing, estimates, and project files organized and up to date.
- Use STACK, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software.
- Work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to meet bid deadlines.
- Manage multiple estimates while keeping costs and details accurate.

What You’ll Bring





- Previous experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
- Experience preparing bids, estimates, and project pricing.
- Experience reviewing vendor quotes and negotiating or comparing costs.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting systems.
- Experience with STACK, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, labor, and project costs.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
