- Cost accounting, General accounting and financial knowledge required
- Provide accurate and timely inventory and costing reports
- Partner with operations teams to analyze inventory for potential excess and obsolete reserves, make related entries in accordance with company's policies
- Review accounting and costing entries, including account reconciliations
- Oversee annual physical inventory process in accordance with company's inventory policies
- Provide explanations for key variances in cost, volumes, PPV and cost drivers
- Supervise plant counts and review inventory levels for finished goods, work in process and raw materials
- Analyze standard costs and review the roll-ups for new products and new production operations as well as investigate/resolve large variance
- Lead the annual standard cost roll-up
- Attendance in internal and external audits

Qualifications:
- Public accountant
- Minimum required experience in accounting 8 years. 3 years costing (manufacturing company)
- English proficient level (Write/read/speak)
- ERP systems (Oracle/HFM is a plus)
