We are looking for a Front Office professional to become a key point of contact for our employees, providing direct HR support and delivering an excellent service experience.
What will you do?
- Provide direct support to employees regarding HR-related question
- Manage and follow up on employee service tickets, ensuring SLA compliance
- Support employees with benefits, payments, vacations, account access, and general HR inquiries
- Provide professional support in challenging customer-service situations Identify opportunities to improve and innovate HR processes
Work closely with HR processes and practices coming from the U.S.,
with the opportunity to adapt and improve them locally
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Advanced English
Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer-service mindset
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable proposing improvements
Ability to remain professional and composed when handling difficult situations or dissatisfied internal customers
