Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The idóneo candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Java, and Spring Boot, along with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, API integrations, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.

The candidate will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Build reusable, responsive, and high-performance UI components using modern frontend practices.
- Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience.
- Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js.
- Manage application state using tools such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate REST APIs for frontend and third-party system integrations.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth.
- Ensure backend scalability, performance, and security.

Architecture & Integration

- Work with Micro Frontend Architecture and Microservices-based systems.
- Collaborate on system design and integration of frontend and backend services.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.

Collaboration & Quality

- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Teams.
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot,



and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

DevOps & Cloud

- Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment processes.
- Utilize containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work with cloud platforms such as:
- Google Cloud (GCP)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure

Database Management

- Design and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including:
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- MongoDB
- Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data handling.
