We foster a collaborative environment that empowers our teams to grow, while working on impactful projects with leading client.Principal SRE Engineer / ArchitectWe're looking for a Principal SRE Engineer / Architect to drive operational excellence and lead DevOps transformation for a growing platform. This is a fully remote role (Mexico) focused on ensuring production readiness, automation, and high-impact incident resolution.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and self-healing systems that reduce manual intervention.- Lead incident response and root cause analysis (RCA) in critical production environments.- Optimize performance and scalability of distributed systems, including capacity planning and load balancing.- Implement and maintain observability using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.- Manage certificates (Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL, cipher suites) and networking concepts (TCP/IP, F5, proxies,
FTP/SFTP).- Ensure compliance with ITSM frameworks and regulatory standards.Requirements:- Proven experience in DevOps automation, troubleshooting, and incident management.- Solid knowledge of observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar).- Experience with certificate management and networking concepts.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Advanced English proficiency to work with international teams.- Availability to work fully remote from Mexico.What we offer:?
