NPI LeaderProfile:- +5 year´s experience in the manufacturing environment as a NPI lead or NPI manager ,- Experience on sheet metal process preferred.- +5 year´s experience leading major transitions of projects and NPI programs.- Bachelor Industrial / Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in both Spanish and English.- Excellent budget administration.- Strong experience in project management (Develop , transicion , transferring into mass production environment)- Strong experience in product qualification , certification.- Design software knowledge (Solidworks, proe, etc) desiderableResponsibilities:- Main technical point of contact with customers.- Lead project strategy, implementation, and risk prevention efforts- Lead project meeting status with team members (internally / externally).- Tracks and provides project status (internally / externally).- Creates project timelines, keeps them updated and ensures all people involved in the project- Comply with the deadlines and key dates,



within scope and budget.- Supports the production team coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed- Manage resources and develop action plans for project members- Lead technical activities during project definition and production initiationQualifications, Skills, and Abilities:- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP.
