The organization is currently undergoing significant expansion and is seeking a strong technical leader capable of driving complex manufacturing transfers and new product introductions.Descripción- Lead end-to-end NPI and product transfer projects from development through production launch.- Manage manufacturing transfers, including equipment, tooling, processes, documentation, and technical knowledge.- Drive industrialization activities, process validation, line setup, capacity planning, and production readiness.- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to ensure flawless launches.- Support greenfield projects, facility expansions, and manufacturing footprint transitions.- Establish manufacturing standards, scalable processes,



and technical best practices.- Build and develop high-performing Manufacturing Engineering teams.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to stabilize and optimize newly launched operations.Perfil buscado- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.- 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience and 3+ years in leadership roles.- Proven success leading NPI, manufacturing transfers, site-to-site transfers, or greenfield/start-up projects.- Strong knowledge of process validation, PFMEA, control plans, capacity planning, and manufacturing ramp-ups.- Experience transferring products and processes into production with minimal disruption.- Hands-on leader with strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.Strongly Preferred- Experience in the Electrical Equipment, Power Distribution, Energy, or Electromechanical Manufacturing industries.- Background in major plant expansions, greenfield facilities, or large-scale manufacturing transfers.- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.Qué Ofrecemos- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- Opportunity to lead critical manufacturing transfer and growth initiatives.- High-visibility role with significant impact on the future of the operation.- Dynamic environment focused on industrialization, NPI execution, and manufacturing excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
