The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.About the role:This role sets up bank transactions for approval and provides documentation support for thecompany's cash transactions, playing a key part in keeping daily funding, check processing, and closing activity moving accurately and on time. Each Treasury Funding Specialist is assigned a portfolio of entities and funding programs, and the two positions back each other up to ensure continuous coverage. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys reconciliation, documentation accuracy, and cross-team coordination.Key Responsibilities:- Set up bank transactions and route them for management approval.- Provide documentation support for cash transactions across an assigned portfolio of company entities and programs.- Support check processing, returned-check resolution, and insurance funds administration.- Process and track funding activity, which may include but not limited to earnest money deposits (EMD), lease, and returns fundings, and down payment assistance (DPA) and related program fundings.- Own utility, HOA,



and property maintenance payment processing for an assigned portfolio (with AP Specialist backstop support).- Update LOS systems such as Homebase and related systems to reflect closing activity accurately and on time.- Serve as backup for the other Treasury Funding Specialist to ensure continuous coverage of daily funding operations.- Support onboarding of new entities and programs as the company's portfolio grows.Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking operations, or a related finance/back-office role.- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with high-volume transactional and reconciliation data.- Working proficiency in English (written and verbal) for cross-team coordination with U.S.-based Treasury staff.- Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets; experience with accounting or loan/property management systems is a plus.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple entities.- A collaborative, team-first mindset — this role works closely with its counterpart Treasury Funding Specialist and the broader Treasury team.What We Offer:- Salary $23k - $24k gross- Full law benefits (20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% of vacation prime instead of 25%)- Punctuality and attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free monthly- Caja de Ahorro- Excellence bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free trimestral
