We are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to lead the development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions across a variety of initiatives, including new product launches, market expansion, sustainability, and e-commerce. This role is critical in delivering high-quality packaging that meets consumer expectations while ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.What you´ll do- Lead the development, qualification, and commercialization of packaging solutions across growth initiatives (new products, channels, and markets), quality improvements, material sourcing, sustainability, and e-commerce.- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Innovation, Safety, Quality, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities that meet consumer and business needs.- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in packaging, supporting qualification and approval processes for new packaging formats, suppliers, and manufacturing locations.- Manage packaging validation activities, including assembly, submission,
