The IC & Controlling Trainee supports Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Controlling activities across Mexico and the LATAM region, contributing to financial transparency, risk management, and business performance monitoring. Working closely with Finance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, business units and regional stakeholders. This role assists in financial analysis, reporting, control testing, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the trainee supports budgeting, forecasting, compliance activities,



and digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making.
