- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad, colaboración y alto desempeño.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de maquinaria, equipos e infraestructura para asegurar la continuidad de la operación.
- Planear, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y correctivos.
- Asegurar una respuesta efectiva ante fallas críticas, minimizando tiempos de paro y afectaciones a la producción.
- Administrar recursos, refacciones, herramientas y servicios necesarios para el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento.
- Gestionar contratistas y proveedores especializados, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, calidad y servicio.
