Qualifications Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required) Fluent in English (Required) 1+ years Saa S project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required) Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point (Required) B1/B2 travel visa (Required) Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred) Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred) Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills (Preferred) Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred) Travel 25%–45% at client request (Required) Responsibilities Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management, and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project‑related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work Manage projects in the Workday HCM,



Payroll or Financials product suite Work with Top Bloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned Work with the clients’ project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames Maintain projects’ Workday Scorecard in accordance with Workday requirements Work with Top Bloc Project Managers on management of all aspects of medium and large enterprise implementations Lead clients through hyper‑care and transition to Top Bloc’s Postproduction services team Advise clients on Workday best practices Attend and successfully complete Workday Certification Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
