About The Role

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the development and learning area in administrative and logistical processes.

What You Will Do
- Leads the induction program: Tamarindo Submersion and Embark.
- Coordinates the food hygiene training program.
- Coordinates corporate and local ethics and safety courses.
- Updates the internal learning matrix.
- Maintains the weekly calendar of internal employee activities "Enamórate de Tamarindo."
- Co-organizes the rewards program with the presidents of Tamarindo Houses.
- Ensures that training attendance records are kept up-to-date in Four Seasons Learning.
- Coordinates and manages external training on logistical and administrative topics.
- Oversee the logistics of training events and activities
