The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating production planning and scheduling activities to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer requirements.Role Responsibilities:* Balance customer demand with inventory levels and production capacity.* Develop efficient production plans based on available resources.* Optimize inventory levels to support customer requirements and production needs.* Coordinate resources and capacity to minimize production disruptions.* Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations through effective planning.Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.* Experience in demand, capacity, and inventory analysis.* ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle.* Proficiency in Excel.* Intermediate conversational English.* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Preferred Qualifications:* Organized, analytical, and results-driven professional with solid experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management, and manufacturing.* Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.Employment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
