Strategic Planning & Business Partnership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives and expansion timelines
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build workforce planning models that support short and long‑term business projections
- Analyze market conditions, competitor landscapes, and talent availability to inform strategic hiring decisions




- Create scalable recruitment processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth
- Build and enhance relationships with HR Business Partners, Internal and External Stakeholders across the entire LATAM region
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies across 20+ countries within LATAM
- Optimize processes, ensure operational excellence and recruitment consistencies aligned with integral JLL enterprise strategies and expectations

Specialized Recruitment Lead
- Recruitment efforts for critical roles
- Build and maintain extensive networks within the region
- Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill positions
